This box looks great and matches my patio furniture. The assembly is quite easy took like 10 mins if that. The lid does not seal so i can guess that in a rain storm....water will get inside. The other thing is its just a tiny bit small in width an height for my patio cushions. I can just fit 6 cushions in there....bottoms only....and they miss shape the box....i have to push the wall in and put a hook inside the clasp to keep the lid from popping up. This doesnt bother me a hole lot....but i recomend measuring your pillos and cushions first and checking dimensions before purchasing this or any deck box for that matterReceived product very quickly. I noticed the box was slightly damaged which is not the company‘s fault. The box was easy to assemble. It literally snapped together with a few screws but only one hydraulic hinge instead of two were in the box. I’m assuming it fell out of the box because the box was damaged. There was paperwork in the box with the manual and a customer service number to call with any questions. It was so easy to call customer service and told them about the missing part. The Keter representative was very friendly and helpful. They sent me a confirmation email and told me my part will be delivered within 5 to 7 days. Very happy with the customer service. The box looks pretty sturdy and very roomy. I can’t say anything about it being weatherproof yet.This was very easy to put together. So far a week in and it works perfectly. We use it almost every night since we’ve had it.I initially thought the top hinges were defective. I spoke to Customer Service and order replacements. They arrived in 4 days. It turns out that the original hinges were ok. Now I have two extras.Pros: It is very easy to assembleCon: Parts did not properly aligned, unfortunately we discovered it after it was fully assembled. Too late to return now.Really easy to put together and as large as I needed. Plenty of room for patio cushions plus other items. Sits on deck of back porch.It easily holds chair cushions without the need for folding. They lay flat inside, which shows the size of the unit. I'm 6'-1" and my wife and I can easily and comfortably sit on it without feeling crowded. It was very easy to assemble (look closely at the drawings) and it was put together in minutes. I'm very handy so figure that in, but you can do it with patience. It's very attractive, which was one of our desires. It's very sturdy and it holds more than I expected. I recommend it and would buy it again. I always wait to review so that I am past the initial purchase excitement. Buy one today is my recommendation.We bought this storage bench/box to help clean up our porch. It said it was easy to put together, but it didn't snap into place as it said. We had to get a hammer to help it along. We did get it together after awhile. At first the lid was warped, so we contacted the company, and immediately they got busy sending us another. No questions asked. After a couple of days in the sun, the lid relaxed and fit perfectly. When the new one arrived, we just sent it back. We love this storage bench! It holds a lot of stuff! I would definitely recommend this company, and this product!decent price for the size of deck box, however it's really cheaply made. there was a large crack on part of the rim, and in the holes where it snaps together there was left over plastic i had to break off in order for it to snap together. It also doesn't close properly. I took the advice of another reviewer and used a carabiner to keep it closed. Overall its aesthetically pleasing, and time will tell how it stands up.
