We purchased Max for our German Shepherd and it’s definitely her favorite toy. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because our pooch (again German Sheherd) decides to chew toys until they are in pieces. This would be ideal for a smaller dog that doesn’t have quite the powerful teeth to destroy.Whos reading a review on a a stuffed dog toy, just buy itSadly Grinch’s durability is poor! My dog isn’t a chewer, and this is his 2nd one! A bit pricey too, but it’s his favorite!! I’ve even mended him several times! The dumb tree is fairly durable! Grinch, not so much!I liked everything about itIn just a matter of days my puppy puller the arms through the body of this toy. The legs are still there but the area ar not a mess of strings that our puppy still loves to tote around.The toy is great just wish that when we played tug of war that it was a bit sturdier.my 86lb German Shepard mix loves this Grinch and drags it around everywhere. i have ordered extras in case anything were to happen to this she will cry nonstop to get it back.Not only cute, but this toy is really fun for dogs to play with on their own. Because of its shape, they can alternately roll it and squeak its midsection, keeping them engaged.This is so cute would make a great decoration--but not good for my border collie--first thing she did was bite the hat off and was going to swallow it when I forced it out of her mouth--may be ok for small dogs--
